Ms Kelly is a qualified lawyer & Partner at Edwards Mac Scovell, a boutique litigation, insolvency and corporate firm based in Perth, Western Australia.

Ms Kelly has significant experience in advising clients on transactions within the industry and has regularly acted for ASX listed companies in relation to capital raisings, recapitalisation of ASX shells, asset acquisitions and disposals, Corporations Act and Listing Rules compliance, corporate reconstructions, insolvency, directors’ duties, meeting procedure, general corporate and commercial advice.

Ms Kelly is also the Non-Executive Chair at Energy Transition Minerals (ASX: ETM).

Mr Calderwood has over 30 years of extensive experience in exploration and production management and played a key role in discovering several world-class gold deposits in Western Australia and Africa, including Edikan (Perseus), Kibali (Barrick-AGA) and Tarmoola (King of the Hills) in Western Australia.

He is the former Managing Director and CEO of West African gold producer Perseus Mining Ltd (ASX/TSX: PRU). He led Perseus for nearly nine years, during which time it transitioned from IPO to gold production and became an ASX100 company with a market capitalisation of more than $1.6 billion.

Mr Calderwood also has extensive experience in lithium and tantalum exploration, development, and production. From 2016 to 2019 he oversaw the discovery and development of the Bald Hill lithium mine in Western Australia and subsequently has had exploration advisory roles with listed and private companies.

Mr Calderwood previously served as Midas’ Exploration Manager since its ASX listing in 2021.

Mr Wilson is a geologist with over 25 years’ experience with extensive gold and base metals exploration experience throughout Australia and Chile. Mr Wilson graduated from Australian National University with an economics degree and an honours science degree, majoring in geology, and is a current member of AusIMM. He has played key roles in discovering and defining more than 1.2 million ounces of gold and over 172 million pounds of copper globally with ASX-listed junior companies.

In 2016, through leadership of a dedicated exploration team, he was awarded the inaugural NSW Mineral Council Explorer of the Year. Mr Wilson has held various Board positions with ASX-listed companies, including executive Technical Director and Managing Director. He was most recently the Managing Director of Helix Resources Ltd (ASX:HLX) and is currently Executive Director of Bellavista Resources Ltd (ASX:BVR).

Mr Bohm is a seasoned mining professional with significant corporate and operations experience both in Australia and Offshore. A Mining Engineering graduate of the WA School of Mines, Mr Bohm has worked in numerous operational and corporate roles and has been directly involved in new mine developments across the gold, nickel and diamond sectors.

He is a current director of ASX-listed Riedel Resources Ltd and Sarama Resources Ltd, and is a former Director of ASX-listed Perseus Mining Limited, Ramelius Resources Limited, Mincor Resources NL and Cygnus Metals Limited, and Argyle Diamonds Mines Pty Ltd.

Mr Naylor has over 27 years’ experience in corporate advisory and public company management since commencing his career and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young.

Mr Naylor has been involved in the financial management of mineral and resources focused public companies serving on the board and in the executive management team focusing on advancing and developing mineral resource assets and business development.

Mr Naylor has worked in Australia and Canada and has extensive experience in financial reporting, capital raisings, debt financings and treasury management of resource companies.

He was a founder and previous Executive Director of ASX-200 company Bellevue Gold Limited and previous Executive Director of Cygnus Metals. Michael currently serves as Executive Director of FireFly Metals Limited (ASX:FFM) and Non-Executive Director of Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL).

Mike is currently a director of ASX 200 Bellevue Gold Limited and FireFly Metals Ltd (ASX:FFM), Cygnus Metals Ltd (ASX:CY5), Midas Minerals Ltd (ASX:MM1), and Bellavista Resource Ltd (ASX:BVR).

Mr Travaglini is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Company Secretary with over 14 years’ experience in the resources sector having served in various finance and company secretarial roles in Australia, Canada and Africa. Mr Travaglini is currently also Joint Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Cygnus Metals Ltd (ASX: CY5) and Chief Financial Officer of Bellavista Resources Limited (ASX: BVR).

Before joining Midas Mr Travaglini worked for and assisted a number of publicly-listed lithium and gold companies through exploration, project development and production phases. Prior to that Mr Travaglini worked in assurance services for the mining resources sector.

Mr Travaglini brings extensive experience in financial reporting, corporate governance and risk management.

Maddison Cramer is a co-founder and managing director of boutique corporate services business Belltree Corporate and has over 10 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer and company secretary to ASX-listed companies. She is currently a company secretary of a number of ASX-listed mining and resources companies. Ms Cramer is a former company secretary of ASX300 company Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL) and prior to this was an associate at Bellanhouse Legal and HWL Ebsworth Lawyers

Mr Sebbes is a Chartered Accountant with over 13 years’ experience across private and public businesses across a range of industries. He is a corporate advisor at boutique corporate services business Belltree Corporate and currently a company secretary and financial controller at Energy Transition Minerals Ltd (ASX:ETM).

Mr Bycroft is a geologist with over 10 years’ experience working with Lithium, Gold and Tungsten projects throughout Australia and New Zealand. Mr Bycroft graduated from Otago University with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science, majoring in Economics and Geology and is a current member of AusIMM.

Before joining Midas, James was involved in the discovery and development of the Bald Hill lithium mine in Western Australia. He was able to see the project from first drillhole into production within 14 months.

Mr Bycroft brings experience in execution of remote, logistically challenging, and environmentally sensitive exploration.

Mr Shand is a geologist with 7 years experience in the Australasian resources sector. Holding a Master of Science degree from the University of Otago, Mr Shand joins Midas from Newcrest Mining, where he was a Senior Geologist within the resource development group and was responsible for replacing up to 500koz of gold per annum.

Mr Shand brings extensive experience in battery-metal exploration, development, and production. He was a member of the team who undertook the development of the Bald Hill lithium mine. He also assisted Liontown Resources with the Tier 1 Kathleen Valley Lithium Project and ConsMin with the world-class Woodie Woodie Manganese orebodies.

Rebecca is a junior geologist with a strong foundation in geology and environmental science. With a degree in Geology from University of Western Australia, Rebecca has gained hands-on experience in fieldwork, core logging, data analysis, and geological mapping.

Specializing in multi commodity mineral exploration, Rebecca is committed to applying scientific knowledge to solve real-world challenges and is enthusiastic about further developing skills.
